Ok pero no volveríamos…
El hotel es relativamente nuevo, se siente cómodo y amplio. Las habitaciones son cómodas, con buenas camas y buen baño. La piscina y playa están bien.
Toda la experiencia culinaria podría ser mejor desde el servicio hasta la calidad. Hay un déficit logístico impresionante. Un buen manager brilla por su ausencia… alguien que esté cerca viendo cómo operan día a día los espacios de comida. El personal hace un esfuerzo y se ve sobrecargado la mayoría de las veces… hay personas que verdaderamente sacan la tarea como el cocinero de la estación de tacos que es amable a pesar del alto tráfico. La señora de los omelettes, y Jorge y Andrea que cubren la playa y piscina. Y algunos otros… pero muchos por la misma presión pierden toda amabilidad. La celebración de año nuevo fue de un pésimo gusto y además cobraban extra, al que quería “mesa” pero igual te acomodaban sino pagabas… esto no hace sentido en un todo incluido. Podrían hacer un mejor uso del espacio, desarrollar el tema mexicano con un estilo bonito… pero en cambio era un menú antiguo y una música horrible, y decoración sin la menor gracia. Hemos ido a Dreams Las Mareas en Costa Rica para Año Nuevo y su fiesta es de otro nivel… siendo la misma cadena esperábamos más…

What was the highlight of Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort
El Resort que tiene todo a la mano
Nos gusta estar en la playa y nos pudimos meter mucho tiempo, está muy tranquila y el agua del mar te llega hasta la cintura. Tienes como 20 o 30 m2 para caminar. Tiene una alberca principal enorme y, si tienes el paquete premium, tienes acceso a otra alberca exclusiva que también está muy linda. Estuvimos resguardados durante el paso de un huracán y al complejo no le pasó nada, nos sentimos súper seguros.
Depende de qué estilo les guste más. Este Dreams es sólo un edificio donde tienes todo cerca. No me gustó tanto esto porque prefiero caminar y explorar todos los lugares que tiene un Resort, por lo que si eres de los que les gusta caminar mucho para conocer, mejor elige otro.

Apenas agradable me sentí discriminada por hablar español en un país que había mi mismo idioma
El hotel es lindo la playa está bastante limpia de algas los restaurantes eran buenos al igual que el servicio All inclusive
Que estando en México y como reciben mayoritariamente un turismo no latino ni los buenos días daba el personal en español no podían comprender cómo podemos ir a Cancún turismo de habla hispana. La limpieza de los cuartos dejaba mucho que desear la mayoría de los días faltó algo de reponer o toallas o alfombras para los pies o papel higiénico etc. Fue una constante todos los días que estuvimos ver afuera de los cuartos las cosas sucias del room Service pasaban en el piso de un día para el otro sin que nadie del personal lo retire uno iba caminando por los corredores y lo único que se veía eran los restos de comida de otros huéspedes Los turistas americanos que eran la mayoría temprano en la mañana agarraban toallas y las colocaban en los camastros de la piscina y de la playa y ahí estaban todo el día vacíos de personas y ocupados con toallas por lo que cuando uno quería un camastro era imposible encontrar uno vacío y el personal no hacía nada para evitar esa situación.
